Safari at Kenya
Kenya is considered as the best place to discover the fauna and flora of the African continent. The boundless wilderness of this region has long attracted adventure seekers from all over the globe. It’s very hard to find this incredible range of landscapes, and unique variety of animals in the same place.
Kenya offers the visitor a chance to experience a natural world unchanged by the passage of time.
This great range of natural habitats means that there is plenty to explore, and plenty of species to encounter.
This is a land of endless potential for the wildlife enthusiast. From great migratory herds of the open savannah to an incredible abundance of birdlife, from the depths of a tropical rainforest to the depths of the Indian Ocean teeming with fish, this a world of natural wonders.
A safari into the wilds of Kenya is a journey into nature at its purest. Everywhere you look there is a profusion of life…
Nairobi National Park is the oldest of Kenya’s National Parks and Game Reserves. It was gazetted in 1946. Its main entrances are merely a stone’s throw away from the city’s outskirts, making Nairobi the only city in the world that borders a natural game protection area.
The park’s advantage is that visitors do not have to travel far to view game in it’s natural habitat. The animal orphanage and Safari walk at the main gate should not be missed. The orphanage is home to injured and orphaned animals. Here they are nursed back to health before being released to the wild. The park is also ideal for ornithological safaris
During my trip to Kenya I could not out of Nairobi, so I tried to manage the visit the National Park, and the Orphanage at Nairobi.
I’ve been really surprised when I read all the security policies at the entrance. I did not realize that I’m going to a place where I need to be in a box and the animals are going to be free. It was a great experience

Ethiopia my second Home
Ethiopia has been my first interaction with the eastern African countries, being a trainer, every time I need to move from one country to another one, adapt myself as soon as possible.
The first sensation I’ve got at Addis is the altitude of the city, some breathing difficulties on the first days made me realize how the city has been built , In fact, the majority of the places I visited around Addis were green and the scenery is some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. There is also so much history and culture to be discovered.
But the most exciting moment I had were when I met a small family with a lot of children. The Ethiopians are warm, friendly and inviting people who are always excited to meet a foreigner and despite their obvious struggles, always went the extra mile to accommodate me.
I was amazed, how good English they can speak, we start talking about China, Algeria, football, music, we spent a very good time enjoying a coffee ceremony prepared by one of them.
Being African, I always wanted to make my hair as a real one, and they gave me the chance to enjoy this moment with them.
I’ve been twice to Ethiopia, and this family became somehow a part of mine, every time I reach Addis my first call is for them just to arrange a time to meet!!

Social Networks & ZTE!!
Sharing food, caring for infants, and building social networks helped our ancestors meet the daily challenges of their environments, through the time, the same needs have been developed but with different ways.
Now a days, Facebook, hi5,netlog, friendster, myspace, twitter, and so many others are what we call social networks, for most of the people it’s becoming Simply indispensable.
Social networking is the emergent web phenomena of the moment, blogging, sharing pictures/music, looking for your best friend from the kinder garden, or your fist love, now it’s possible.
So whatever you are looking for on internet, you can find it on the different social networks, some people find love, friendship or business mate.
The most famous social network is named Facebook with around 500 million registered users, it’s a huge meeting room with a great inter cultural opportunity.
So what’s the relationship between ZTE and the different networks?
From the 500 million users, 5000 of them worked or are working with ZTE, Facebook can be a great interface between the company and the customers, it can be used to advertise the products, services and bring together more users and partners.
For a professional connection, Linkdin is one of the social networks used, to share the working experience, and follow the evolution of the collegueas or competitors.
Really usefull for hiring or looking for new talents.
As an international company, ZTE Corporation has already reserved a space for the staff, so with the creation of ZTElite, every member of ZTE Corporation can create his own blog, share pictures, express and exchange ideas with any colleague, it’s the best way to bring people all around, and create a great working team in the company.

Surprise from Internet
i've been wondering around on the network and i found out this, i just loved it:
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.
Women are like apples on trees, the best ones are on the top of the tree. The men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and don't want to get hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't so good but easy. So, the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top becuase they value quality.
Thanks to Mikyas for making me feel better!!!

Who Am I?
During many years, i've been curious about origin of humans being, and how can we know from where we are really?
I was born and raised in Algeria, so basically i consider my self as an Algerian , regarding the heritage given by my fahters and mothers through the time, but this definition never seemed to me accurate for me!! I always felt something is missing, so i tried to read about the origins of Algerians, and i found out that so many civilizations has been around here.
During the antiquity , Algeria was know as the kingdom of Numidia, Romans , Greeks and Carthagians were occupying or enjoying the good relationship with this region.
since then many civilization entered the kingdom and left some of their traditions , culture and history there, until the arrival of the Ottomans, a new era started , the kingdom has been integrated in the big ottoman nation.
But when i start considering all these civilization, i don't really feel as an ottoman person, or a roman!!
The last to collonise Algeria , was France during 132 years, and yes i can see in my daily life that many customs or behavior belongs more to europeans than africains.
But here i'm , i don't feel european at all, i spent many year thinking and looking for an answer. Reading historical books showed me what i'm not but still wondering what i'm or who i'm exactly.
The answer came up to me when i expected it the less, on my first trip to African countries i felt free and my self, yeah what most of people forget is that Algeria is in Africa even if it's the North.
How many people will tell you i'm going to Africa, if they are heading to Senegal or Mali even if they don't realize that they are already in africa.
Africa is the land of freedom and passion, I belong and respect it, where ever i go in Africa i just feel curious to know about it because i know i'm gonna learn about my self.
so finally i can say that i'm African and this land is full of history, love and hope, i'm muslim because it's my daily guidance and i'm Algerian because i'm born and i received this heritage from my fathers,

Football the best example for a successful company!!!
Football, one of the most famous and popular game all around the world, it can unite men, women, and children in this passion; it can even be a real addiction for some of them.
Every 4 years the supreme competition is hold in some part of the GLOBE, for 2010 it will be the first time the world cup is visiting Africa, it’s an honor for every African and a pleasure to welcome the best players and teams on our land to participate to this great sport party. But if a fan like me sees the happy side of the competition, with the wonderful opportunity to meet with different people from all over the world, the real football fans are waiting for those 90 minutes of stress and strong feeling wishing and praying for the victory of their team.
Let’s talk about the game, first how can we call it a game, basically football is an institution, with hierarchy , rules and challenges , it cannot be reduced to just a game.
The team is composed of the coach or somehow the headmaster, he will decide who ever can join the team or not, can play and how to play, then the 11 main players everyone will have a specific position on the field with a fixed role to play, but football might be a hard game so for the world cup around 11 others players will be the backup of the main team.
Obviously the target of the team when it joins the final part of the World cup is to go ahead, try the best and be able to win the cup, so the team can bring it back home and get the honor and the pride to be considered as the best team all over the world. But this cannot happen with a simple football team from my city for example, those players are professionals, they will spend over 8 hours per day for training, running and learning new techniques.
Everyday a new challenges, everyday a new difficulty to be a successful football player, we need to be quick, precise, serious, good at calculating, a team player and ambitious. The team is somehow divided to 4 parts: goalkeeper, defenders, midfielders and attackers. And a good coordination of all those people will provide the best result.
If we make a relationship between a football team and a ZTE one we will be able to associate the different parts. We can assign the coach job to the general manager, the attackers are the marketing guys, the midfielders from the support department and the defenders from the R&D, and same as for the football team the right coordination between all these people will provide the best result for the company.
The General Manager will draw the path or the way that the company needs to take, to be sure that every operation will be executed correctly. The Marketing guys will be in the front side to present the best of the company, but for this they need to be served correctly by the support team or the midfielders. And if there is any attack (like customers unsatisfied or asking for additional information) the R&D is here to improve and defend the company name. And by combining all this knowledge, abilities and hard work the team will be really successful.
This year the rainbow nation is rising up and welcoming all the nations for a great competition.
ZTE Corporation can be considered as the rainbow company with thousands of foreigner getting on board, working day by day with the Chinese colleagues to face the big challenges.
